Whop Email Marketing uses a modern, block-based editor that feels a lot like Notion, Figma, or Framer. You build every template by stacking reusable elements, styling them in the right panel, and publishing when you are ready.
Build with blocks
- Use Text blocks for headings, paragraphs, bullet or numbered lists, and quotes.
- Add Button blocks for call-to-actions with custom labels, links, and styles.
- Drop in Image blocks (JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF) and manage size plus corner radius.
- Embed YouTube blocks by pasting a video URL.
- Use Stack blocks to group and align elements together.
- Insert Divider blocks to break up long sections.
Add and manage blocks
- Click Add block under the canvas (or inside any empty stack) to insert something new.
- Select any block on the canvas to edit it. The active block is outlined in blue.
- With nothing selected, the right panel switches to global controls for the body background, alignment, and parent width.
Keyboard shortcuts
- Undo:
Cmd/Ctrl + Z(while the focus is outside a text field). - Redo:
Shift + Cmd + ZorCtrl + Y. - Delete: select a block, then press
DeleteorBackspace(outside text editing). - Reorder: drag blocks directly, or select a block inside a stack and use the arrow keys.
Edit text quickly
- Click inside a Text block and start typing—changes save instantly.
- Highlight text to open the bubble menu for bold, italic, lists, and more formatting.
- Add links by selecting text, choosing the link option, and pasting the URL.
- Personalize content via the braces icon. Insert utility tags such as
{{name}}for contact or company details. - Mix different text block variants (headings, paragraphs, lists) to keep the email scannable.
Images and video
- Add an Image block, then upload or paste a URL. A placeholder appears until the upload finishes.
- Use the right-side panel to tweak image width, corner radius, and alignment.
- Drop a YouTube block and paste a video URL to embed a playable preview.
Styling and layout
- Open the Elements tab while a block is selected to adjust its typography, colors, spacing, and borders.
- Select a Stack to control layout direction (horizontal or vertical), spacing between items, alignment, padding, background color, and border radius.
- Select a Button to change its label, destination link, padding, colors, and corner radius.
Publish the template
When the template looks right, click Publish in the top-right of the side panel. Publishing saves the design so you can reuse it for future campaigns.
